Cortland County Bicycle Coalition

A grant for $3,500 was awarded for the purchase of bicycle racks in and around Downtown Cortland.

With a $1,000 grant from the foundation, the Cortland County Bicycle Coalition purchased used bicycles and tools for their RUBEY project, which provides children with bicycles, teaches them bicycle safety and how to maintain their “new” bikes.
